CTO Lunch hosted by Seed Capital and AWS
Building an AI-native product is one thing. Scaling it is another. Architecture choices that worked at seed start to strain. Costs grow, reliability matters more, and agents move from demos into production.
AWS and Seed Capital are hosting a small round table for CTOs and tech leaders facing exactly that. Every seat goes to someone who has raised at least a seed round and is now scaling.
Niklas Palm, Senior Agentic AI Specialist at AWS, will guide the conversation. He has advised some of Europe’s fastest-scaling AI startups, including companies like Lovable, on their architecture. That gives him a rare view across many teams: which patterns hold up as you grow, and which ones break. He’ll bring those insights to the table, and the rest is up to the room.
