Beautiful Minds X Diary Dolls Event | Girls 6-11 & Mum | Brisbane, Fortitude Valley
Introducing Beautiful Minds × Diary Dolls
A Mother & Daughter Workshop for Raising Confident, Resilient Girls 💕
The ages of 6-11 are almost the trickiest of our life.
It's where we go through big changes. Start comparing ourselves to other girls. Look in the mirror and wonder if we really are enough.
Now imagine having the tools back then to manage the growing-up years with grace and confidence.
Why This Workshop Matters
Your daughter is at a critical age where what she believes about herself becomes the blueprint for the rest of her life.
Research shows that the self-worth patterns girls develop between ages 6-11 become the foundation for:
💕 How she values herself
💕 How safe she feels expressing big emotions
💕 Her ability to handle anxiety, friendship pressure, and bedtime overwhelm
💕 How she speaks to herself when no one is listening
💕 Her confidence walking into the teenage years
Yet in today's world, many girls are struggling:
Girls' self-esteem starts dropping between ages 8-10 — earlier than ever before
1 in 3 girls aged 8-11 report regularly feeling "not good enough"
8 in 10 mums say they wish they had practical tools to support their daughter at home
About Our Workshop
We've created something special — not just another "self-esteem" workshop, but a transformative afternoon for mothers and daughters to grow together.
