The SPO Incentives Workshop has two major components
Carlos will walk us through the SPO Incentives Report, ensuring shared foundation.
We will work through triaging improvements to the SPO Incentives scheme as an exercise in deliberation.
At the end of the session, attendees will understand the core empirical foundation and be able to form their own view about governance priorities in this area.
