2.Slow Business & The 4 Pulses of Cyclical Marketing

Speaker:Nathalia Barbosa Alves

Organization and Title:

Nathalia Barbosa Alves Co-founder of Moona Marketing and co-leader of the Slow Business Brazil Movement

Personal bio: Co-leader of the Slow Business Brazil Movement and co-founder of Moona Marketing. Creator of the 4 Pulses Cyclical Marketing method. A digital nomad with a PR degree and an MBA, she blends conscious marketing and global experience to guide soulful digital strategies. Host of the podcast Manas que Viajam.

Talk abstract:

Do we want to reconnect with our humanity and a slower way of doing business, or do we want to speed up even more with AI?

For years, the world was obsessed with scaling fast, and many digital nomads, remote workers, creators, and entrepreneurs quietly burned out. That’s changing. More and more of us want to slow down, and with AI promising to reduce effort, this might make it truly possible. Each business will find its own way. In this talk, Nat shares one of those paths.

Even if AI can do marketing in seconds, this talk shows how Slow Business and the 4 Pulses of Cyclical Marketing keep you in charge of what matters in your business.

Most importantly, with feminine and masculine in balance: strategy and intuition, action and rest.

But this is not a spiritual talk. It’s practical. You’ll explore the 4 Pulses framework — identity, expansion, clarity, and focus — and apply it to your digital presence, sales journeys, and even the way you use AI and automation.

With a guided self check-up, you’ll identify which pulse you’re in and what needs attention next, so marketing feels more aligned with the life you want to live.

3.One Founder, Many Agents: Building Products and Operations Without a Big Team

Speaker:Vladimir Korolev

Organization and Title: 51Code — Founder & Product Engineer

Short bio: Vladimir is the founder of 51Code, where he builds iOS apps and practical AI workflows for product development, operations, and company processes. Based in Taiwan, he works hands-on across software, app distribution, and B2B AI implementation.

Talk abstract: In my own work, I’ve used AI across education projects, building and distributing iOS apps, and B2B work where I map company processes to see what is actually worth automating. In practice, that means using different agents for research, planning, coding, testing, marketing, contents, and workflow mapping—not relying on one chatbot for everything. Some parts of the work become much faster. Others become more fragile: outputs sound convincing but miss context, automation adds hidden complexity, and a bad workflow scales mistakes. In this talk, I’ll share where AI has been genuinely useful in my day-to-day work, where it has wasted time, and how I decide what to automate, what to keep manual, and where human judgment matters most. This is a practical talk about real usage, trade-offs, and leverage.

4.Confirmed as submitted — "Outbound AI Voice Agents That
Drive Sales"

Speaker:Ruben Davoli

Organization & Title: Beavermind.ai — Founder & CEO

Short bio: Ruben Davoli is an Italian entrepreneur based in Thailand and founder
of Beavermind.ai, an AI automation agency building voice agent systems
for coaches, consultants, and high-ticket service businesses. He
previously scaled Tradacc to $3M in revenue and now speaks
internationally on practical AI deployment for sales.

Talk abstract: AI voice agents are quietly transforming how service businesses handle
leads, follow-ups, and appointment setting — without hiring more
staff. Yet most business owners still rely on manual outreach, missed
callbacks, and overworked sales teams to manage their pipeline. In this talk, I'll walk you through how outbound AI voice agents work
in practice: how they call leads automatically, qualify prospects in
real time, and book appointments directly into your calendar and CRM —
all running 24/7 without human intervention.

You'll learn the core architecture behind these systems, including the
tools and integrations that make them work (from voice AI platforms to
CRM and telephony infrastructure), and see real examples of businesses
that have deployed them to plug revenue leaks they didn't even know
they had.

This is not theory — it's a practical, operator-focused session
designed for entrepreneurs, consultants, and service business owners
who want to scale revenue without scaling their team. Whether you're
running a coaching business, a SaaS company, or a local service
operation, you'll walk away with a clear blueprint for deploying AI
voice agents in your own sales process.

This talk explores the deeper value of coworking: not only working harder to become better, but also changing places, meeting people, and creating opportunities for personal growth.

Key Takeaways:

1. Coworking can be a third place where we try new versions of ourselves.

2. Growth can happen when we change places and meet new people.

3. A good third place needs relationships, psychological safety, and room for the unexpected.
