🚀 About Full Lifecycle AI Software Teams
This is a monthly meetup for everyone who touches the software lifecycle (engineers, product managers, designers, QA, technical leaders, and founders) who are rethinking how software gets built end to end in an AI-first world. Not just how individual developers use AI, but how entire teams coordinate: how work gets defined, planned, designed, built, reviewed, and shipped when agents are part of the process.
The best teams today aren't writing every line of code. They're setting intent, spinning up parallel agents, and focusing human judgment where it matters most. That shift doesn't happen at the individual level, it happens across the whole team, across the entire SDLC.
Talks are technical and candid. Speakers share what they've actually shipped, what broke, and what they'd do differently. No hand-waving about AI changing everything. Just practitioners across every role comparing notes on what a truly agentic software team looks like in practice.

Validation is available at the Omni Hotel garage between 5:00 PM and 9:30 PM. To have your parking validated down to $8, please enter the garage at 5:00 PM or later and pick up a coupon from the front desk host at Station Austin. Additionally, street parking is available around the venue and is free after 6:00 PM on Tuesdays.
