Community Spotlight: Public Service & Leadership Panel

Join us for an inspiring evening celebrating the pillars of public service and leadership that shape our vibrant community! On October 22, 2025, at the historic Hero House, we'll dive into stories of impact, resilience, and innovation through dynamic discussions led by esteemed local leaders. Our distinguished panel features:

  • Hon. Armenui Ashvanian, a trailblazing jurist and the first Armenia-born judge on the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, dedicated to justice and equity since her appointment in 2018.

  • Anna Mouradian, Chief of Staff to Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger and a champion for community advocacy and empowerment, honored for her outstanding contributions to the Armenian American community.

  • Shant Sahakian, Board of Education Member & Past President of the Glendale Unified School District, and a lifelong advocate for innovative public engagement and educational development.

Moderated by the insightful Silva Harapetian, an award-winning journalist, Amazon best-selling author, and trailblazing advocate for women who broke barriers as the first Iranian-Armenian-American television journalist in the U.S., this panel promises thought-provoking insights and actionable takeaways to inspire your own contributions.

Don't miss this opportunity to connect, learn, celebrate, and be part of the conversation!
