欢迎你和我们一起，在公园里整理一下最近的感受，记录一下反思；也可以来写生、画画，或者单纯躺着，吸一吸大自然的能量。
需要准备： 书写的日记本和笔，或者画画材料

我们会先Check in，接着花40分钟安静地写作 / 画画，最后分享、聊天。
活动结束后，如果你愿意，也可以一起找个地方吃饭～
