Who Made Your Clothes?
Upcycling Weeks at ESCP Madrid
Global Environmental Awareness, ESCP & Blue Factory ESCP
Do we really know how to give a second life to the cloths we no longer use?
“Who Made Your Clothes?” is an upcycling event organized by GEA and Blue Factory ESCP, designed to make us reflect on the real impact of our consumption habits — especially when it comes to fashion.
The event kicks off on March 6th with an opening exhibition.
For the following two weeks, we’ll be collecting clothes you no longer wear (clean and in good condition!!). When you drop off an item, we’ll ask you to share a bit of its story:
– When did you buy it?
– Where was it made?
– Does it carry a memory or a story?
During these 3 weeks, we’ll organize a clothing exchange, while also tracking the environmental impact of the garments we collect — from production to reuse.
At the end of the event, we’ll host a final exhibition showcasing the data, stories, and insights gathered throughout the project, followed by a closing party to celebrate #circular #fashion, conscious choices, and collective impact.
Because every piece of clothing has a story — the question is: do you know yours?
