About Event

Sustainable tourism is becoming increasingly important for Norway’s economy and identity. Across the country, destinations and businesses are working consciously and concretely to reduce environmental impact, safeguard local communities, and create lasting value for both visitors and residents.
This session will highlight how the western part of Norway, as the gateway to the World Heritage fjords are working to balance responsible tourism growth with the protection of fragile ecosystems and cultural treasures.
