Set It Up Right.
Event description
AI is already becoming part of the working day for many non-profit staff.
The question is whether it is helping you properly, or creating more work to fix later.
Set It Up Right is a four-session live online programme for non-profit staff who want to build an AI setup around their own work.
You’ll set up the basics, create a second brain, build reusable AI skills and explore where agents could help with routine jobs. You’ll do it carefully, with privacy, checking, human judgement and your organisation’s values in view.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have:
a clearer and safer setup for using AI at work
practical ways to get better results from the tools you use
a second brain that helps you get oriented and work in your own way
reusable AI skills for repeat jobs such as reports, evaluations, research and meeting notes
a clearer sense of where agents could help, and where decisions need to stay with you
more time for the work only you can do
The programme
01: Set Up: Get your privacy settings and AI rules in place. Understand what should never go into AI, what to do if it does and what GDPR means for your day-to-day use.
02: Create Your Second Brain: Build an AI setup around your own work, so you spend less time explaining yourself and get ideas, plans and writing that fit your role and organisation.
03: Make Your Own AI Skills: Create repeatable skills for the jobs you do again and again, with a standard you can check, improve and share.
04: Automate Jobs with Agents: Explore how agents could help with research, reports, evaluations and other routine work. It drafts. You decide. Nothing goes out without you.
