A huge thank you to SpaceCareers.uk for kindly supporting this month’s meetup. Their support helps keep LSN open, inclusive, and it feels especially fitting to partner with them at the start of a new year.
This month also marks ten years of SpaceCareers.uk - a platform founded by UKSEDS volunteers Poria Bowman and Joseph Dudley to solve a simple but important problem: making space careers visible, accessible, and understandable.
Since then, the service has grown into a vital part of the UK space ecosystem and has now spun out of UKSEDS into a non-profit organisation, directed by Jacob Smith, Joanne Oliver, and Ewan Wright.
A huge congratulations to the team on this epic milestone! We’re looking forward to celebrating with our community.
They’ll be celebrating their decade anniversary with us at this meetup!
