Monica Monique
She is a creative leader and AI production strategist behind some of the most ambitious generative AI campaigns in commercial and branded content today. As Head of Studio, Brand at Secret Level from inception, Monica helped the company land on Ad Age’s “Company to Watch” list in its first year, leading projects like the Coca-Cola "Holidays Are Coming" campaign and pioneering hybrid AI productions for global brands.
Monica serves as the translator between clients, creatives, and AI technologists turning technical complexity into clear creative strategy. She bridges vision and execution, aligning teams around what’s possible, what’s scalable, and what’s next.
Max Balter
Max Balter is an Executive Producer at Higgsfield, as well as a director and producer with 15 years of experience. He has developed numerous AI-driven pipelines for producing content across all formats — from social to commercial to cinematic. At Higgsfield, Max has overseen the production of all key commercial projects and leads the company’s AI-powered production efforts.
