​Lamin Darboe is the Co-Founder and CEO of Boom AI, a startup empowering small businesses with AI-powered solutions to simplify operations and unlock growth. With more than eight years of experience in business operations and finance, Lamin has built his career around helping entrepreneurs run their businesses more efficiently.

​Before founding Boom AI, Lamin was the Principal Consultant and Owner of LKD Consulting, where he provided operations consulting to emerging businesses, streamlining workflows and building systems for long-term scalability. He has also advised venture funds and accelerators, guiding startups through financial modeling, fundraising, and go-to-market strategies.

​Joel Duran, AI Product Manager, Ex- Microsoft

​Joel Duran is a Product Manager who shipped AI features to over a billion Windows users. At Microsoft, he scaled Recall — an AI memory app — from zero to one and helped expand Copilot globally. Before that, he modernized critical systems at IBM, including New York State’s unemployment platform during COVID-19. Based in Brooklyn, Joel also runs Da Poets Room, a cultural platform supporting artists, reflecting his passion for building inclusive communities in both technology and the arts.

Adalbert is the founder of Clarity, an AI-driven productivity tool that helps users turn scattered thoughts into structured plans, and he is a Head Instructor for Onchain Summer Vibe Code Camp.
