📍 Village Works Sky Lounge, Autotalo (Kamppi)
Salomonkatu 17, 13th floor, Helsinki
Welcome to a focused breakfast session on brand rights in the startup journey — from both founder and investor perspectives.
This is not a branding workshop about building a brand.
This session is about ownership, exclusivity, and protecting what matters.
Together with internationally recognised brand rights experts Kaulo & Partners, we will explore what startups should do at different stages of development — with limited resources — to secure their most important brand elements, and what investors need to understand about brand rights when making investment decisions.
In this session, we’ll look at
How to navigate brand rights at different stages of startup development
What founders should prioritise when resources are limited
What investors should look for in due diligence
Common pitfalls and practical legal checkpoints
A startup case example from Uute Scientific Oy
