Filmmakers Connect is a community space built for filmmakers just for the sake of building and cultivating relationships without any gatekeeping to any circle. We created this because the filmmaking industry has been isolating. We realized that there hasn't been any initiatives for filmmakers to network freely, openly, and casually in the industry. So we built this space so people can show up, meet others, and have real connections without any gatekeeping.
🗣 WHAT HAPPENS AT FILMMAKERS CONNECT
This is a relaxed, community-led gathering. Expect, breakout groups, games, and open conversations throughout the afternoon. We guide the flow at the start so everyone gets a chance to settle in and introduce themselves, you're never left figuring things out alone. Some people come to talk. Some come to listen. Some leave with new collaborators. All of it is okay.

Filmmakers Connect is completely free. And open for all. No pressure. No expectations. Past meetups have brought together aspiring filmmakers, working professionals, freelancers, students, and brand-side creatives, all in the same room. Come for the whole afternoon or just drop by.
