Overnight stays and evening Supper Clubs are optional add-ons for deeper connection, depending on your ticket.

Jennifer (“Jenn”) Ma is a strategy and operations executive who specializes in leading complex transformations—both as Chief Transformation Officer at Artivo Surfaces and through her consulting practice, Mama Ventures.
She helps companies build scalable processes, strengthen operational efficiency, and establish the foundations needed for sustainable, measurable growth.
Jenn is also a mom of two young boys, a daughter of Taiwanese and Chinese immigrants, and a woman navigating a male-dominated private equity environment while serving as her family’s primary earner.
