​Directed by renowned director/producer Kathy Curtiss, this staged reading of Brighter and Brighter brings to life what Faith Matters podcast host Aubrey Chaves calls a “breathtaking epic poem” that “creates an exhilarating spaciousness for imaging what could be” and what Fiona Givens calls “an ambitious and beautiful rendering of Latter-day Saint beliefs and yearnings regarding the feminine divine, the ethos of existence, and the centrality of agency, relationships, and love.” Brighter and Brighter is an offering of imagination that, in the words of the late Carol Lynn Pearson, “invites us into new layers of thought” and brings “the Mother back into the Motherless House of this world.” Featured actors include Rick Macy, Dianna Graham, Melissa Dalton-Bradford, Daniel Tuutau, and more, as well as singers from the celebrated Wasatch Chorale under the direction of Alison Unsworth.
