All levels of Creatives welcome. Full Spectrum Improvisation is physical theater, embodied play, and mindfulness in action. If you wanna drop into your authentic self, bring movement to creative self, or just want some fun playtime, this class is for you. We'll check in as a group, warm up with light movement exercises, play games to release and create energy together. Let's play!
