Every week at Tuesday 3PM UTC , any individual or team that created a pending quorum or CCF proposal, can voluntary use this hour timeslot to present their proposal live to the computors and the community. This is a great opportunity for proposers to gain extra visibility before the epoch change on Wednesday.
