About Devika: Devika Vyas is a Seattle-based host, educator, and community connector who curates welcoming spaces for creative expression and genuine human connection. She produces open mics and arts gatherings across the city, bringing together artists, storytellers, and community members. Her work is rooted in a deep belief in the power of gathering.
About Transcend: More than a fashion studio, Transcend is a living ecosystem where refugee and immigrant seamstresses transform landfill-bound textiles into wearable art. Founded by Nazia Siddiqui - recognized by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as one of America's Top 100 Small Business leaders in 2025.Transcend is building a hyper-local, circular fashion model in Seattle downtown that creates meaningful economic opportunities while celebrating cultural heritage and skilled craftsmanship.
