LUNA NUOVA SATSANG with Angelo
LUNA NUOVA Satsang is a monthly New Moon small-group gathering focused on cultivating presence and the practice of setting intention.
Each session opens with a guided and interactive discussion of the symbolism of the current New Moon, using its archetypal themes as a reflective framework to support insight, integration, and personal growth.
The second half is practice-based: a meditation session integrating breath work, humming, and chanting, with the support of a Mantra Board to facilitate focus and resonance.
The intention is to create a moment of reset and realignment, and to consciously set direction for the upcoming lunar cycle.
Note: To support a smooth flow of the evening, doors close promptly at 8:15 pm.
