CX Executive Dinner: What Teams Are Actually Building with AI

​We’re hosting a small dinner for senior CX and WFM leaders in London, and we’d love for you to join us.

​We’ll be gathering at La Palombe on Kensington High Street, a neighbourhood bistro recently recognized in the 2026 Michelin Guide.

​Loz Gatt, Senior WFM Manager at Marshmallow, will share a few of the AI-powered workflows her team has built to make support operations more effective. No grand vision deck, just what they’ve actually tried, what surprised them, and where they’ve seen value.

​Ryan Wang, CEO of Assembled, will also join the conversation and share what he’s learning from teams across the industry as AI becomes part of day-to-day operations.

​Mostly, though, this is a dinner for people who are curious. The technology is moving fast, and there’s a lot to learn from hearing what others are experimenting with, what’s working, and what’s not.
