Dr. Patrick Andrae has been doing exactly that.
Dr. Patrick Andrae is the Co-founder and CEO of HomeToGo, the leading European vacation rental group. Founded in Berlin in 2014, HomeToGo combines a B2B software and tech-enabled service solutions segment, HomeToGo_PRO, with an AI-powered B2C marketplace. HomeToGo has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2021 (stock ticker: HTG) and operates local apps and websites in more than 30 countries across Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia-Pacific. The company is guided by the clear vision of unlocking better stays.
Patrick began his career at the early age of 16 as a web developer for a local internet service provider and later worked with clients primarily in the United States. Prior to founding HomeToGo, he held leadership roles at Rocket Internet and home24. Patrick has been admitted to the German Bar since 2012 and holds a PhD in law as well as a degree in business administration.
