Real World Assets (RWA) On Chain: Building The Future Of Ownership
The tokenization of real-world assets is reshaping how ownership, capital formation, and infrastructure are structured in the modern economy.
What began as experiments in fractional real estate and tokenized treasuries is expanding into the integration of blockchain with institutional finance, regulatory frameworks, and physical infrastructure.
Here in Michigan, major infrastructure projects are unfolding while federal legislation advances. The conversation is shifting from “Can assets be tokenized?” to “How do we structure them transparently, legally, and at scale?”
As digital and physical systems converge, the infrastructure we build now will influence how capital flows and how Michigan competes for the next wave of investment.
Join us for a thought-provoking panel discussion where experts in blockchain, real estate, law, and finance will explore:
RWA Tokenization: The Vision – An introduction to tokenizing real-world assets and what it means for markets, communities, and the future of ownership.
What makes tokenized assets trustworthy: from auditability to real-time transparency
The Energy–AI–Blockchain Nexus — with Michigan examples such as the OpenAI Stargate campus in Washtenaw County and DTE Energy’s grid modernization
How institutions are moving from pilots to real adoption, and what new federal frameworks mean for the market
What it actually takes to structure compliant, enforceable tokenized assets
When Things Go Wrong – Where projects have stumbled, and the critical lessons for building stronger, more resilient models.
