​Alright code club, it's been fun doing socials with you through the holiday season, but it's time to get back to doing what we love! Building for fun. So for the first event of the new year: Let's Build it (period) 💻👷

​We are looking for suggestions for API's! Please leave a suggestion with a free, publicly available HTTP API you like or want to try out!

​HERE's THE GIST:

​6:00 PM: DOORS OPEN
6:00 - 6:45 PM: Socialize and Yap 🤭
6:45 - 8:00 PM: We'll provide an opensource API and you'll build to your hearts desire! Make a site, make an app, make a wrapper - whatever you want!

​8:00 - 8:30: Time to present (or don't, entirely up to you). We'll take a look at what the brains in the room were able to come up with and end the night oooh and ahhing over the cool inventions members came up with! 👀

​THIS EVENT IS GREAT FOR:

• ​Getting your creative juices flowing

• ​If you've been in a coding rut - This is an opportunity to get a project started, build something that inspires you to continue iterating afterwards
