About the Event
There is a version of creativity that has nothing to do with skill. It doesn't ask for experience, technique, or a steady hand. It asks you to feel first — and trust what comes.
On May 24th, 1% Women — in collaboration with Laura Stöckl and Varvara Fisher — brings together female founders, creatives, freelancers and entrepreneurs at APPIE Gallery for a sensory morning that explores exactly that. A vinyasa flow to arrive in your body, and an intuitive painting process to access something quieter.
Part of Offline Summer — Laura's solo exhibition at APPIE Gallery, Amsterdam.
The Experience
Arrival Doors open at 10:30. Time to settle, connect, and take in the space.
Vinyasa Flow — led by Varvara Fisher A grounding movement practice to arrive fully in your body before the creative session begins.
Refreshments & Setup — 12:00 A short break to reset, hydrate, and prepare your canvas.
Intuitive Painting Workshop — led by Laura Stöckl Laura guides you into her synesthetic creative process — no experience needed, no rules, no pressure. Access color the way she does: felt, not thought. All materials provided. You leave with your own original artwork, beautifully packaged.
Lunch & Open Time at the Gallery The morning doesn't end on a clock. Stay, talk, wander the exhibition. Leave when you're ready, but only after experiencing the lunch Varvara has curated.

About Us
1% Women — Host & organiser. A curated private network bringing together female founders, entrepreneurs, and freelancers building something of their own — focused on connection, collaboration, and visibility.
Laura Stöckl / Loewie Art — Artist & workshop host. A multidisciplinary synesthetic artist whose practice is rooted in sensation, color, and the body. Offline Summer is her solo exhibition at APPIE Gallery, Amsterdam.
Varvara Fisher — Yoga guide. A holistic wellness practitioner combining evidence-based behavioural insight with embodied practices including yoga, Pilates, and Lagree. Her work supports lasting, sustainable change — from the inside out.
APPIE Gallery — Venue. An independent gallery space in the heart of Amsterdam.
1% Productions — Experience production. A female-led studio specialising in brand and cultural activations powered by community.
