​The whole point is the people: a relaxed pace, the kind where you can actually hold a conversation. Some of the best ones happen around km 5.

​Quick warm-up to start (last chance for latecomers), then out along the Sihl for a 10k at conversational pace: ~5:30–6:00 min/km, and we may split the group. Coffee after at Collective Bakery for anyone with time, which is usually where the real catching-up happens.

​Warm-up → 10k → Coffee → Back to building. Meeting point: Bahnhof Wiedikon. Bring your schnelle Brille if the weather plays along.
