As founder and CEO of Regulativity, Sheereen brings over two decades of experience in regulatory compliance and risk management, spanning both traditional finance and the fintech/Web3 sector. She has a proven track record of designing compliance strategies that not only meet regulatory requirements but also drive operational efficiency and business growth. She has worked closely with senior executives and boards to build effective compliance frameworks, address deficiencies, and align compliance goals with broader organizational objectives.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics and a Master’s in Accounting (CPA) specializing in Forensics & Strategic Risk Management, Sheereen has held pivotal leadership roles, earning a reputation for her ability to bridge the gap between evolving regulatory landscapes and business needs.
