Workshop | Connecting UX to business outcomes
For Design and Product professionals | 🕒 2 hours | 👥 30 seats | 📍 Live & practical | 150€ Standard / 120€ Member discount at uxtips.club
How do you currently measure the impact of your design work?
OKRs promise to connect teams around outcomes but in most organisations, design and UX work still gets measured in deliverables: screens shipped, features released, components built.
In this workshop we will show you how to change that: how to write OKRs that actually reflect user behaviour, how to turn UX metrics into Key Results that stakeholders care about, and how to use design data to influence product strategy.
We'll work through a real case study live, so you'll see the whole thinking process. You'll leave with a concrete OKR you can apply to your own context from day one.

👤 Who is this workshop for
This workshop is for designers and product leaders who already work on digital products and want their work to count not just in Figma, but in the metrics that drive decisions.
If you've ever felt that your team's improvements don't seem to move the needle, or that OKRs in your organisation feel disconnected from design work, you'll leave with a practical framework to change that.
