6:45–7:00 → Welcome + Introductions
7:00–7:10 → Reflection + Guided Meditation
7:10–7:35 → First Writing Session
7:35–7:45 → Stretch + Optional Sharing
7:45–8:10 → Second Writing Session
8:10–8:25 → Closing Ritual + Letter Mailing
8:25–8:30 → Graceful Departure
