Research meets Revenue

​Last week we talked to a robotics PhD student, and asked: do you talk to researchers from other disciplines regularly?

​Not really.

​And from other universities?

​Nah.

​Do you talk to business operators like Founder Associates or Chiefs of Staff?

​Haven't thought about it.

​So here we are.

​This evening is about talking to each other. What you're working on, what your vision is, and how to actually take your research on the road.

​One deep tech founder will share their story.

​Munich's real competitive advantage isn't one world-class discipline. It's that we have several, in the same city: top researchers and top operators, both at world-class level. We just never put them in the same room.

​So we're doing that.

​"Business operators" = people who execute, and know how to build the 0-to-1 & to scale. Concretely:

• ​Operators at startups with a growth and gtm background

• ​Ex-consultants (McKinsey, BCG, etc.)
