Jason Knight:
I’ve been around the block a few times, and have worked for large enterprises as well as urgent startups, initially in engineering before moving fully into product management. Along the way, I did my best to dig into what makes product companies tick, building a popular podcast and newsletter to help me make sense of it all.
I started One Knight Consulting because I’ve seen versions of the same problem again and again across companies that I’ve worked for or interacted with. Good product management is often misunderstood, both by leaders as well as product managers themselves. I wanted to use my own expertise as well as what I’ve learned from others to help make product management make sense and help to build outstanding product organisations.
