About the Event
TGB and IE University are cohosting this event to discuss what the future of work looks like, and what AI skills are going to be imperative.
This event will bring together thought leaders and industry practitioners to unpack the future of education and the skills needed to thrive in an AI-driven economy.
As AI reshapes industries and the entire world, a few pressing questions emerge:
How should education evolve when students and professionals learn with AI rather than from traditional methods?
Where is the real AI talent gap – in engineers, or in leaders who can translate AI into business value?
What does the future of work look like and what skills will be mainstream 10 years from now?
The evening will feature a keynote by Dr. Guillermo de Haro (Vice Dean of IE School of Science & Technology), followed by a panel discussion with both academic and industry voices, before closing with networking over light bites.

Keynote by Dr. Guillermo de Haro
Dr. Guillermo de Haro Rodríguez has combined his academic passion with a successful business and management career. He holds a degree in telecommunications engineering with an MBA cum laude from IE University - IE Business School and two doctorates, one in engineering and the other in applied economics.
Now Vice Dean and Academic Director, Graduate & Executive Programs at IE University's School of Science and Technology, Prof. de Haro is also the author of several books and articles, a writer of award-winning case studies, and a creator of multimedia content such as an educational app. He has worked in software and technology development, innovation and e-business consulting, retail, and the entertainment industry during his corporate career.
