About The Session

Erich Ko is a business leader and entrepreneur with experience building and scaling technology companies in Canada and the US. He has worked with a variety of companies to help unlock Go-to-Market opportunities to scale small businesses. He is currently Senior GTM Partnerships Manager at Airwallex Canada. Erich focuses on helping small businesses apply AI in practical ways to improve customer acquisition, customer success, and day-to-day efficiency.

The AI Foundation program features eight unique AI-focused training sessions designed to equip SME owners and employees with the knowledge and practical skills needed to remain competitive in an AI-driven economy. Each session is hands-on, interactive, and focused on real-world business applications—from streamlining operations and improving productivity to enhancing sales and customer engagement. Participants will learn directly from experienced AI professionals, entrepreneurs, and founders who will share practical insights, proven strategies, and accessible AI tools that can be implemented immediately in their businesses.
