Our Panelists and Compere
Laura Hutchinson has worked for Citizens Advice since 2023, where she has led its political engagement and living standards work. She was the organisation's lead on their work for the Child Poverty Taskforce and acts as a key policy and campaigns coordinator between National Citizens Advice and their network of 230 local offices, particularly on issues relating to cost of living, essential services, social policy and community cohesion
Sarah Gold is Founder and CEO of Projects by IF. IF helps leaders in the public and private sector turn AI and emerging technology into trusted products
Sarah Drummond is the co-founder of Snook, an early pioneering service design company and director at The School of Good Services
