Wok & Water is an intimate exploration of fire and sea — a modern Chinese seafood tasting inspired by tradition, technique, and memory. Each course moves through contrast and balance: delicate and bold, steamed and wok-fired, refined yet deeply comforting. Designed for just 12 guests, this evening is about slowing down, gathering around the table, and experiencing Chinese flavors through a contemporary lens. One night. Don’t miss it.

Location: To keep the experience intimate, the exact address is shared with guests after registration. Dinners are hosted at a private event space in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. Central, walkable, and easy to find.
