DPL Presents: Cadillac Rainbow Ranch Farm Dinner with Enso Farm & Forage

​Denver People Leaders is excited to partner with Cadillac Rainbow Ranch for a special summer dinner experience in Lafayette, Colorado.

​Hosted by Chef Kyle Mendenhall and local farm partners, these intimate evenings bring together incredible food, thoughtful conversation, and community in one of the most beautiful settings around.

​Dinner will feature a mushroom forward a three-course, family-style meal highlighting seasonal ingredients, local farms, and foraged mushrooms from Enso Farm + Forage — all hosted outdoors at Cadillac Rainbow Ranch.

We request dietary restrictions prior to the event, but can only given the family style setting can only guarantee to accomodate: vegetarians, gluten free, dairy free. Details on getting to the ranch and where to park will be provided a week prior to the event. Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate.
