​Ciara is a certified trauma-informed breathwork practitioner who guides individuals on their path home to themselves. Her work focuses on the release of chronic tension, shunned emotions, and blocked energy from a state of presence, compassion and curiosity. 

​Her mulit-modal training across Ayurveda, yoga, Reiki and hypnosis, further enriches and lends new perspectives to her work.

​Having encountered the depths of what it means to be a human from a young age, Ciara’s personal quest to rescue and express her true self motivates her to carry on learning, sharing and connecting with others.
