Cozy Ladies’ Workshop: ️ Find Your Spark and Take it Home with you 🤍🎨✨
What if you gave yourself a few hours to slow down, get creative, connect with other women, ignite your spark and take it home with you? ✨
Over these 3 hours, we’ll start with a short meditation and cacao ceremony, using pure cacao from Peru 🇵🇪. 🤎 A moment to slow down, arrive fully, and connect with ourselves before we start creating.
Then comes the hands-on part. 🎨
You’ll have your own canvas, colours, brushes, and everything you need. No painting experience needed — we’ll experiment with colours, shapes and textures, reconnect with that playful part of ourselves and let ourselves create freely, just like we did as kids. ✨
And yes, you’ll take your piece home with you, along with whatever else this evening might have in store for you. ;) 🕯️✨
To keep us going, a healthy drink and snacks will be provided by Nirantra Yoga Café Studio. ☕️🍪
