The Capacity Protocol - Longevity Run
Sunday morning, the day after Life Summit Berlin. Join us for a social run built around the Atlas Cove capacity protocol. For the run we will focus on three things that move longevity: measure, train, connect.
What happens, 10:00 to 11:30
Measure. We test your VO2 max and grip strength — two of the most reliable longevity markers we have. You leave with your numbers.
Train. A short strength session, then a 5K at conversational pace across Tempelhofer Feld.
Connect. Coffee afterwards at Ingwer, our treat.
