About Event

New Breed of Engineers (NBE) hosts an exclusive, invite-only evening bringing together visionaries and operators from OpenAI, Elevenlabs, Legora, Deel, Linear and Notion to debate what the 2027 operating model actually looks like.

Most companies rebuilt their workflows with AI, but almost nobody rebuilt the org chart around it.

As Claude Code, Astra, Jev, and AI-native systems take over execution, the constraint is no longer software - it’s structure.

Agenda

  • 18:00 - Doors open & pre-show warmup

  • 18:30 - NBEx Talks (TEDx-style keynotes: Notion, Shapes & guests)

  • 18:45 - DEBATE #1 & audience live face-off

  • 19:30 - Networking break

  • 19:45 - DEBATE #2 & audience live face-off

  • 20:15 - LATE - Afterparty & NBE Podcast Corner
