​Sanjay Reddy is a serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist with over two decades of experience at the intersection of media, technology, and finance. He began his career on Wall Street before moving into Silicon Valley, and later led development and M&A at Gemstar-TV Guide International — overseeing their $2.8 billion sale to Macrovision (now TiVo). He went on to co-found and lead multiple startups in the digital video space, including Live Matrix and OVGuide, giving him firsthand experience on both sides of an acquisition. A named inventor on four patents and a former member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences National Primetime Emmy Awards Committee, Sanjay brings a rare combination of founder grit, dealmaking expertise, and deep industry recognition.

​Today, Sanjay is Co-Founding Partner of Unlock Venture Partners, a $60M seed-stage venture capital firm backing early-stage companies in AI, SaaS, FinTech, and Media across Los Angeles and Seattle — with notable investments including Mango Sciences, Outer, Vitrina, Audiotool, JW Player and Possible. He also serves on the advisory boards of UCLA Anderson's Price Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Cornell's Entrepreneurship Advisory Council.
