​This one-day workshop offers a hands-on introduction to Effectual Entrepreneurship through a dynamic mix of theory, case examples, group work, and collaborative exercises. 

​Throughout the day, you will explore the five core principles of Effectuation and apply them directly through team-based exercises and facilitated discussions.

As a Trusted Advisor to Entrepreneurs, Joe Tabet has dedicated most of his time in the last 20 years to advising business owners and entrepreneurs. With over 30 years of experience in management training. his work focuses on Leadership and Entrepreneurship. Interpersonal skills, including Change Management, Influence, Persuasion, and Negotiation.

​He has lectured in executive education programs at leading business schools such as INSEAD (Fontainebleau), Cedep (Fontainebleau), ESCP-Europe (Paris), Cranfield University (UK) Katholieke Universiteit (Leuven), ESA (Beirut), Instituto de Empresa (Madrid), Katholieke Universiteit (Leuven) and several Entrepreneurship programs such as Live for Good (Fontainebleau), X-HEC-Entrepreneurs (Jouy en Josas), Centrale-ESSEC Entrepreneurs (Cergy).
