Skills Boost: Data Analysis

​This session is all about putting AI to work on one of the most time-consuming parts of an educator's job — making sense of data. Whether you're staring down assessment results, behavior logs, suspension trends, or survey responses, this Skills Boost will show you how to build Playlab apps that analyze, visualize, and narrate your data so you can spend less time in spreadsheets and more time acting on what you find.

​We'll explore a curated collection of data analysis apps built by educators, dive into how AI models handle pattern recognition and analysis, and get hands-on with tools for generating charts, grouping students, and exporting results straight to Google Drive. Then you'll have time to build your own app or remix one from our collection.

​Optional but helpful to bring:

• ​A dataset or report you've been meaning to dig into (assessment scores, attendance, survey results, etc.)

• ​A specific data challenge from your work — we'll use it as your build prompt

​No prep required — just come ready to build something useful.
