Hello from Devon, the founder of Esmeralda!
We're excited to welcome you to another event about the new neighborhood we are proposing for the Alexander Valley Resort (AVR) site on the southeast end of Cloverdale.
Folks have been asking a lot of questions regarding the extensive environmental review that has been done on the site, so we wanted to offer this forum to share more information on that topic.
