ImpactUp x Little Rock: Pause - the Wellness Walk
Pause. Breathe. Reconnect.
In a world that moves fast, we rarely stop long enough to check in with ourselves. ImpactUp x Little Rock: The Wellness Walk invites changemakers, caregivers, educators, and community leaders to slow down and replenish the spirit. Through guided reflection, garden immersion, embodied practices, and restorative conversation, this evening gathers multiple paths into one shared space of renewal.
What to Expect:
Welcoming Intention Setting led by Dr. Quinyatta Mumford
A Garden Walk & Talk with Chris Isbell of Isbell Farms, weaving the rhythms of nature into our own stories
A Grounded in Pleasure session with Heather Allen exploring sexuality and embodiment through a lens of care
A Mental Health Circle with Molly Reynolds of Moonlight Mental Health — real talk, practical tools, community support
Mindful Movement with Coffey Davis — gentle, trauma-informed yoga to reconnect the body and breath
Neighbor’s Gate Mixer — flow through shared spaces, connect over refreshments, visit partner spaces, and take home resources
All movement is optional. You may sit, rest, or move at your own pace. We meet you where you are.
Come for the pause, stay for the wisdom. This evening is for you — your body, your care, your community.
