Train your AI to sound like you
A 4 hour workshop for food & drink, hospitality and food tech founders and senior teams.
Do your AI outputs still sound generic and robotic no matter how much you prompt them? Do you keep meaning to set things up properly but never get round to it?
The problem isn't your prompts. It's that your AI doesn't have the fundamentals it needs to know your business, how you talk and what makes you different.
In one afternoon we'll build those fundamentals fast using AI prompts, set them up in your favourite AI tool and test the outputs together.
Whether you're creating social posts, sales decks or website copy, your outputs will sound like they came from your brand, not a robot.

Your host
I'm Dan and I run SixEight Agency, helping B2C and B2B food and drink brands like Chicken Shop, Flat Iron and Whitebox Cocktails be bolder in how they show up. I got tired of going to AI events and being the only non-tech person there so I decided to create hackathons for the rest of us to build useful stuff.
I'll be on hand throughout for your brand and AI questions. Joining me will be Nidhi Parekh, an AI trainer who works across Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini. Whatever tool you're using and whatever you get stuck on, one of us can help.
What others say
❝I had only played with AI in my work and knew I wasn't using it in the best way, but I didn't know where to start. From the moment I arrived I felt at ease and supported, and left with knowledge and understanding far greater than I anticipated. From that day forward I've been using what I learned and I've told so many people about it. I'll definitely be going to more of these.❞
Donna Burton, Bills Restaurants
❝I was a total novice to AI and unsure how to apply it at work. I'm now far more aware of the ability to train AI to support me with tone of voice work, which is such a huge part of my role. The day was well organised and structured. Dan created a hospitable and engaging atmosphere and I would definitely recommend it to colleagues.❞
Frances Cottrell-Duffield, Tonic
❝A big thanks to Dan and Nidhi for hosting a brilliant session. Really appreciated the openness, patience and willingness to answer everything we threw at you, from the complex questions right through to the stupid ones. It was also great to connect with a range of consultants, marketeers and founders from the hospo space.❞
Dec Penfold, Dec’s Kitchen Consultancy
❝I was already using AI but knew I could be cleverer with it. Dan showed me how to get much more out of Claude and save time day to day. The workshop was perfectly pitched, full of lovely people and very relaxed. It was easy to ask questions without feeling silly and a few weeks later I'm still using everything we learned. Highly recommend this workshop, even if you're already using AI for your business.❞
Amy Lainchbury, Tasty Comms
❝I learned a lot from the session, and love that I have a 'my voice' project available to use anytime. Just used it for my most recent LinkedIn post yesterday. It's a no-nonsense practical way to stay up to date with AI.❞
