R&D Leaders Roundtable

​The R&D Leaders Roundtable will bring together innovation leaders, technical founders, and product/R&D leaders from across the deep tech ecosystem to discuss the Future of R&D.

We are excited to include a discussion with Joost Smits, leader of Development & Engineering at ASML (with 4+bn EUR R&D spending!), bringing a unique perspective from one of Europe’s most R&D-intensive technology leaders.

​The roundtable conversation will be facilitated by Pascal Haazen and Jan Schneiders, who lead R&D client work at McKinsey in the Benelux. In the context of the Future of R&D, we will focus on increasing pressure to shorten time-to-market and increase innovation rate, as well as increasing AI enablement of development and engineering work.
