Build an Employee AI Chatbot
A chatbot that responds to employee queries using your company knowledge base such as handbooks, policies, PIP documents, onboarding materials, HR guidelines, and internal SOPs.

The objective is to build an employee support chatbot for company-wide use that can instantly answer repetitive HR and operations questions employees regularly ask.
The chatbot can assist with questions such as:
Maternity leave
Travel allowance
Leave policies
Reimbursement processes
Work-from-home guidelines
Performance improvement process (PIP)
Onboarding and benefits questions
The chatbot can also ask employees follow-up questions to better understand their request before providing the right answer.
This can be built using Chatbase, Zapier and can also be adapted for WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Email.
