The Creative Table with Kate Kilmurray - The Art and Meditation of Handweaving
The Creative Table is a monthly community gathering rooted in play, connection, and intention.
Join fiber artist Kate Kilmurray for a restorative three-hour workshop exploring the art and meditation of handweaving.
Weaving on a handloom is a joyful, grounding, and contemplative practice—an invitation to slow down, work with your hands, and step away from the pace of everyday life.
With gentle, step-by-step guidance, you’ll learn the foundations of handweaving while creating a simple, beautiful, and useful piece. As your hands settle into the rhythm of weaving, you may discover a natural sense of quiet and presence, with the repetitive movement becoming a form of meditation.
